The Chardham Yatra is traditionally undertaken from west to east, starting with Yamunotri, then Gangotri, followed by Kedarnath, and concluding at Badrinath. The pilgrimage typically starts in April/May and lasts until October/November, depending on weather conditions. Undertaking the yatra is believed to cleanse one’s soul of sins, bring spiritual peace, and help attain liberation from the cycle of birth and death.
